Victoria Monét & Ysabelle Capitulé - Some Cut (Dance Break Tutorial) 

After practicing 2-4steps for only 30mins a day, I was able to prefect the whole dance in just 1 week (5 days). It’s Monday! And for the next 3 days (30mins only) I’m going to be working on adding my own swag to the moves. For all of those who expect to learn it in one session you are kidding yourselves. For me being a non-professional dancer who hasn’t danced in over 10yrs, I tackled this challenge knowing I had to pace myself. If you follow this advice you too can learn this hella fun dance 💃🏾!

I also love how she is also providing positive reinforcement. Like we’re struggling, but she keeps saying, “good”. I love this.

I'm way late but for anybody who keeps saying that they wish it was slower. Go to the Playback settings. Select 0.5. I found that to be slow enough to pick up the movements. I love a good dance routine 😍

This is my warm up and some times my only workout. At first I was really discouraged because I couldn’t keep up. I did this shit everyday until I got it right. Thanks for helping me lose inches!!!
