I’m so happy to see that I’m not the only one who decorates with antique and thrifted items and furniture…therefore, I find holiday decorations at antique shops to add to my Victorian flair in our home. I do get some things from chain stores but my antiques overpower our home

I think a little water with red food coloring in a few of the goblets on your drink station would look so good.... especially at night with the fairy lights glowing underneath .

Very elegant decor! Your son is right, the doll head is creepy.😉 Your home is beautiful. The piano is lovely. The reason it's so heavy is due to the metal back inside where the strings are attached. (I learned to play on a similar one.)
Hi my name is kate but I use my husband's account lol, I have been watching you for a while now and I love all what you do but the spooky stuff if my favourite, I only started to decorate for halloween a couple of years ago, in england people didn't really do much for halloween but fot the last few years its started to take off and you can buy decor now ,I just did my living room last year but after watching your channel I am going to try and do a table scape and my sideboard, it won't be anywhere near as good as you but I am going to give it good go lol,I have been getting loads of books from my local charity shops ,they have lots of black, blue, green and red books but no brown. Your piano looking really spooky, do you hear music in the middle of the night lol,I am going to bed now but I may sleep with the light on tonight lol,thanks for the great channel, kate.🤗🎃👻💀☠🖤

Hi,I live in a little market town ,a short drive to newark and lincoln and they have some nice antiques and fairs but they are expensive, we don't really have garage sales,we have carboot sales and flea market, they are better and the charity shops have old but not really antiques, so I do my best with what I can find,the cost of living has gone up so much ,I don't think people will buying we are all worried about our gas and electric bills, it's a good job I have lots of candles to burn because I may be living like a Victorian this winter lol. I look forward to seeing what you do next, thanks kate. 🤗🖤
Looks creepy cool! Loved how you reused the frame and flower painting for your skull print. What a great idea to repurpose thrifted frames and art. I also loved your candelabras. I'm on the hunt to thrift a candelabra, but they've been hard to find.

Scotch tabs. They are archival, photo safe and reusable. I use them exclusively for mounting professional photographs and prints, as well as adhering posters directly on the wall. No need to use mod podge and limit what you can do with the art down the road.
Loveeeee your decorations 👻 looks amazing! Lil “hack” for books since buying brown books can get pricey like you said, get brown or whatever print you like of wrapping paper. There’s thousands of options. I use black and white on my books and no one is the wiser 😈😂💀

Memories… my son telling me last year the Skeleton I would put in the bathtub every October would scare the bejeezies out of him every time he walked in there. 😂 He’s 27 now and just bought his own house. I’m going to have his roommate put my skeleton in their bathtub one day while he’s at work… 🤭 I knew this video would be Great! Awesome job!!

That is some creepy decorating! I love the E.A.Poe theme. I think the chunky beak makes that a raven, not a crow. That doll head with the eyes - Scary! If you're looking for a window covering above the buffet, how about tattered, yellowed old lace curtains pinned up there? I like the attention to detail you put in with the artwork. The creepy doctor measuring skulls, Poe, anatomical skull, etc. You really put in the time and effort to make it vintage 'creepy' instead of the modern, more obvious Hallowe'en decor. Thanks for the creepy tour, that was fun!

I love the Spooky Victorian Halloween look 😊 Especially the beautiful antique dolls I been collecting antique dolls for years now. but my dolls don't look creepy because they have cute dresses and bows in their hair and my birthday is on Oct 3rd so I can't wait to buy more dolls ☺️

Your decor looks awesome. However, I hate to say it (b/c I love the look!!!!) but, the cobwebbing is bad for the environment. I ended up using cheesecloth that I stained with tea and shredded it in different areas. It’s a total different look, yet still looks spooky. You have an awesome eye for thrifting! I really love your enthusiasm for Halloween! Thank you!🦇
Very pretty! I'm definitely feeling the more understated Halloween decor this year. We have a plug in jack o lantern that I bought when my girls were small and I think he'll get some antiquing wax this year to tone down the bright orange.
