Good skin, but it doesn't fit the victorious aesthetic. Why not keep the void champion theme and simply add those typical victorious metal/gem accents? Bel'Veth works very well with those textures, for example. Turning Kog's "horns" into a majestic eldritch crown or his mouth into a huge metallic maw-machinery would've been cool.

They gave it out a while ago, if you didn't receive it then you weren't eligible. Either not enough games, not a high enough rank, or not a high enough honor level.
