Before Opening any mechanical pandora's box I like to have all the replacement parts and tools in front of me ideally. I didn't have that luck so this video is to make it easier for the next Victory owners clutch job.
To Start off a Victory Clutch Job you’ll need a specialty tool the rest should be standard garage tools the 3 tools you could use are
Specialty Tools: Clutch Compressors
317-85-30016 - Barnett Brand for 01-2017 Victory Models Goes in place of the clutch rack
If you want to go the JIMS Route this one sitts in the pressure plate insert - J&P 910-172 - Mfr Part #: 3851590 harley compressor Victory adapter /JIMS# 5804
Bought the motion pro and went to my local hardware store and got 2 washers and 2 nuts laying around but those two options are definitely the more efficacious route if you want to do it yourself or are doing multiple clutches. Jp# 240-708
Garage Tools: Need some snap ring pliers, 90 degree pick, 2 oil buckets, one to soak clutch plate the other to empty your motor oil, metric allen set, Socket set, inch lb torque wrench, adjustable or standard wrenches for compressor nut. Charging System Test: Multimeter: Ohms and Volts When opening the primary you at least need the gasket 176-413 Mfr Part #: JGI-58119-14-VICJ&P Part #: 175-958 Mfr Part #: JGI-58119-14KF
I used the Primary Gasket Kit to get the cam cover gasket and shift shaft seal just in case.
When you take off and reattach brake/shifter assembly remember to retorque with blue loctite at 35lb ft or (47.5nm) of torque
Final Outer Primary Allen bolt torque values are 85 inch lbs or (10nm),
Barnett Clutches Kit - The most important part aside from the judder springs is Steel Plates direction sharp edge up, along with the Friction plates need the smooth rounded edge facing upwards (Rolled Edge). Make sure to set aside the special friction plate at the end 10A (it has Wider tabs, along with a Larger inside diameter) If not done correctly you may get clutch drag from the get go, or the pack will fail in 5k miles or less. Soaked mine for a day, but Barnett recommends 1-3 minutes.
Replace 3 things, clutch lock washer and clutch nut per service manual, diaphragm and judder springs to give them a break

7042123 - Diaphragm Judder Spring (Outer)
5246074 - Seat Judder Spring (Inner)
Put the judder spring seat inside the clutch hub and then judder spring on top white dot facing out towards you and the outside of the clutch shell then the friction plate B outside, then the sharp side of the steel facing outwards also and start stacking you NEED the judder spring dished out towards you, the Judder spring must be installed with concave side facing UP (toward outside of basket).”
