To replace the car image you need to go to the file explorer and then go to /device/logo/main and then look for the car image you have and replace it with your own car image and make sure is a .png file. Save and reboot and you'll see the new car image
Seems to not stick really haven't messed with it.. just trying to fix reverse beep and turn signal sound without having to disconnect speakers it's that bad
Isn't this a 6 core or 8 core unit, it should be fast switching apps and using stuff. Other people have also complained about the audio issues, I think something to do with not having DSP.
I initially had a major issue where everything would turn on and off and the volume would go up and down, than I noticed that the ram and internal storage was different from what I had ordered, it took months to get it replaced, when I did I got the correct model, they gave me some codes to go in settings but only after I asked them and after about 24 hours later, I am not bothering with them anymore, apparently the px3 is very limited, if you don't have a constant Internet connection than you can't run online navigation along with radio or Bluetooth nor any apps, if you run offline maps navigation it will stop any other app or function other than AC from running, the cpu is just not set up to do so, there's developer mode that we need codes to go in, maybe through there we can make more things happen to our liking, but I don't know where I can get them.
Them ignoring requests to for help and to fix the sound on in signals. They didnt give me a refund affirm did by taking back the money they laid them. I'm sure credit card companies can do the same if within the window.
Have gotten anywhere with this?? Did affirm get you refunded. I ordered one for my Nissan Titan and I'm having a couple the same issues as you... And I'm wondering if I might send it back I'm still on the fence
I think most of your issues are software related and I know this people take long to reply but they always do and they have software updates for the radios. I been to their warehouse and I spent 5hrs there the first time but everything worked out but i still have few issues with my unit.
Let's say I turn on the AC and then turn off the car while the AC is on. If I come back to the cara few hours later and start it, will it remember my last AC settings, or would I have to turn on the AC again?
It's seems to do the normal ac startup.. lower settings.. haven't tried heat yet hopefully it does heat and not ac... But the settings used prev do stay if I can recall but on auto start is a lower version of those settings until key is in
i would be frustrated if i buy an *AFTERMARKET* radio $800 worth at that, and it still has hyper safety features to prevent videos from playing while vehicle is moving ext, or at least give you a setting you can turn off or on for that feature, which i believe it has a setting for it after some extra research. i mean really the whole reason you buy aftermarket stuff is to allow for better quality and more freedom over factory options other wise you would just buy a factory replacement or upgrade oh and cost. what if my wife wants to watch Netflix while we are taking a long trip or my child, and legality's shouldn't be a part of it as that should be the operator discretion as to take that risk or not and the company is not liable for use of there product after sale
Lol what I did was found there address and drive 50 mins to then seat at there door intill opening time and made myself known We text like ever 2 weeks do to I’m not happy with somethings well a lot of things Next unit hope to be better then this one Ext mic built in carplay Don’t ask me when I don’t know and I have 600 plus in this unit
Definitely should mess around with the settings and different functions before making a video and keep saying i don't know this and i don't know that or i didn't try this or i didn't even try that i appreciate the video for the info that you did give but i just hate when someone comes with half answers or half information
