This is super impressive, I can imagine very well how much of a headache it must be to keep track of all parts, understanding how it works, solving problems, finding new parts... The white background and blue squares with annotations work well. I wonder how you are going to fix the motor in the final design, without making the whole piece too heavy. I am wondering about the bigger impact of your project - could we recycle many more washing machines in this way? But the motor still needs to work, so what is broken in the washing machine? Could this recycling process be industrialised to become affordable? What about the remaining parts, could they be reused too?

Very impressed with the making so far - might be worth trying out different filming techniques while you're making to see which works the best for the communication.
