Bryn and Karen English of Watford: Karen raced north road with her late father, Bryn English, for many years with outstanding success and won the Federation many times. She married Terry Haley in 1980, but still continued to race in partnership with her dad and was a great worker for the sport, including being the secretary of the Watford north road club for 25 years. In my opinion our Karen must rate as one of the best lady fanciers of all time in our sport! Terry and Karen have been great friends of ours for 45 years and in that time I have seen them win it all!
