I am impressed with the quality of the plot, direction, art, performance and detail. This film is beautifully theatrical and dramatic. This shoot summarized heavy, sinister and real "Leaving Tonight" way. This quality is very reminiscent of the great classic films directions. I am amazed and thankful for the beautiful art and direction.
Feel bad that I only just now got around to watching this; so well done everyone! Echo I'd love to see you write the stories for some more music videos, and that's some great cinematography Mr. Magana ;)
You are not alone, I also enjoyed this video. You are right regarding the quality of the video. It is an artistic and cinematic beauty. I put up a post to the above praising such work. "STILL" there are people who appreciate good art.
I sense this will be the winning video when announced later today. Very real fans of the band + real video creating skills = this epic winning music video. Best of luck to you!
This video is the best one!! It's a winner in my book! It keeps you involved. There's no down time. Great story. I've watched all the finalists and although there are some great quality I don't think any of them really keep you glued like this one. I love it!! Great work! Everyone involved should be very proud of their hard work! I just can't say enough great things!! Good luck guys!!
...Okay. I've been sitting here for months, sulking, because nobody would help me shoot a entry for this contest. I just couldn't do everything myself. So I've been feeling lousy about the whole thing. But this... this... just... I am so impressed and amazed that I know my "entry" would have just been more muck for this to stand on. This is the obvious winner, and if for some reason it isn't official-- I think we all know better.
Absolutely amazing! It had everything I'd want in a Birthday Massacre music video: sweet, yet disturbing. Normal people having abnormal experiences. I loved the story, it fit so wonderfully with the song. Kudos to everyone in this project! You should be proud!
of all the stupid needless violence in some, if not most, of these videos... the violence in this video is very well done to the point of superb. i get it and it's relevant to the story. great set.
Great creepy video.... Wayyyyyyy better than the rest makes ya think n plus think ursus is Latin for bear n isn't that 7th / metro station??? This vid should win it reminds me of nick cave .... Where the wild rise grows good acting excellent direction
This should've been 1st place. The winner was well made but ripped off existing material; I felt like this was better put together and had more of its own groove to it. Better shooting, better concept, and better song.
