We were all in a state of panick and had no clue what was going on. Once we saw the video we all calmed down. If anything his video helped a lot.

But what about the content of the post itself? Suppose he showed the video, but added a caption on the post itself that was the inappropriate item they suspended him for?

I agree with his mom they should never suspended him he was videotaping the truth and they didn't want it to happen. But it's okay for the schools to show little kids p*** books

School personnel are not permitted to use common sense. It is very clear that Jonathan DID NOT VIOLATE the rule as to content of a video. He did not post a video with content as described in that rule. Again, free speech and a concern for a current threat are the real issue here. It's time for school administrators to get better educated and stop bullying innocent students!

I think something was left out of this story. If you notice, she doesn't show the actual facebook post. I'm guessing the video itself is not the reason he was suspended but something he said in the post.
