Don't sweat the emotional bits, the fans are here for it; I've seen this dozens of times, and I'm still emotional watching it this time, too. 😃 Would also love to see your take on some of Ren's videos, where he & Sam do these incredible 1-takes. I would definitely recommend starting with 'Hi Ren' for a proper introduction to the Reniverse amazing fanbase (1-take, LIVE performance, using multiple angles, but the entire performance and audio comes from the 4th take). Similarly, 'Money Game, Part 1' is filmed in 1 take (no angle cuts, continuous), I believe it was about the 170th take. Unsure how many takes 'Money Game Part 3' took, but it's another continuous 1-shot, 1-take, save for 2 transitions (I'll leave those for you to discover lol). Tip: if you decide to cover "The Tale of Jenny and Screech", it is a trilogy of 1-takes (Violet's Tale is the last in the trilogy), but for the sake of the story and the message, they should be done together in a single video; Ren combined them into a single video called "The Tale of Jenny and Screech (Full)". 😎

If your do more FIR (don’t cheat yourself, do more FIR) you should do the reimagined songs, but listen to the originals first, so you can truly appreciate the reimagined versions. Watch The World Burn is cinematically wonderful, too. It’s also the part 1 of this video ( he lately has been doing these in groups of 3, so expecting a follow up to this one).

This is the first, tmk, video Ronnie is standalone Producer. Yes I know that doesn't mean he made it. Also 2-3 years ago Papa Roach asked 3 other artists to make a rendition of this song for the anniversary so it's not like many haters say. The word is like: Wow Ronnie making money of other people.

I love seeing people discover this. I remember listening to papa roach back in high school and hearing that song several times a day. I would of never thought oh hey a couple decades from now there will be this version of it with an awesome video to go along with it. The first time I watched this I was so entranced and emotional and overwhelmingly amazed. Knowing the song from back in the day, then all the physical and mental issues I have had that started when I was 18 and persist to this day, when I experienced this it was one of the very few times I actually smiled or felt something or had a good cry and it reached me at the perfect time. This is one of the few songs that incinerate my soul with understanding and I don't have the words to properly convey it all. Love the reaction, thank you!

Yeah its all 3D, except Ronnie, the piano and the String Quartet... Actually there is a digital Ronnie in couple of spots, bonus points if you can spot that. The green screen / roto work is amazing no doubt, but the lighting helps a lot. The lighting for the whole video is a single point sun lamp, this makes tracking / matching the point source so much easier, but at the same time creates a really distinct (and fitting) vibe. Just an increadible video, and really tasteful fitting for the subject matter. Also Ronnie kills the vocals, and Saun Roonie did an amazing job with the instrumentals!

I’m Australian and had never heard of Papa Roach, let alone this song, so I have no emotional attachment to it. After watching this masterpiece, I went back to watch the original, which was definitely a song of its time. The lyrics and meaning are much more obvious in this with Ronnie and the whole thing is beautifully done!

I think Ronnie gives the text the right, worthy framework. The Papa Roach version is too rocky for the seriousness of the lyrics. That's exactly what Ronnie conveys in this song, the pain and the fight with and against evil thoughts. Surely only people who have psychological problems and fight their demons every day can understand this. How often her mental world collapses and threatens to bury her. How many times do you think, “I can’t go on like this” and fight your way out, only to find again and again, “Nothing is okay.” But you keep fighting, every day. They fight with all their strength against being buried under their collapsing world. The sad thing is that too many people lose this battle, ultimately running out of strength and being buried under their collapsing world.

Dude do Voices In My Head! That will blow your mind!

You will have a field day with ‘Watch the World Burn’ if you want to fall down the rabbit hole that is Falling In Reverse.

I dont know what engine they did this in. But the new Unreal engine 5. Is getting so good, that all these things that once took 100 of hours of human work, is not processed by Unreal in real time, as it understand physics. So if you have a fire, and you want to change the smoke. Before you needed to do that per frame. But now with Unreal 5, the program knows the physics of it. so you can have the fire and the smoke and the have wind or objects you just move, and the fire knows how to act. it will block or move the smoke, compress it. Same with light, or a falling building. Meaning I think videos like this will become much more common, Because you dont need a lot of time, or people. Because the program is able to do these things per command, you just input the idea and the program will generate it. The more control you want over the idea, like lets say you want to choose how the buildings look, then you do that part. But it is still part of Unreal, so once you done that, unreal can break it apart, burn it, blow it, rebuild it. All in real time.
