A man wanted for allegedly hitting another man with his car on purpose is now in police custody. Woonsocket police confirm 37-year-old Andrew M. Martin was arrested late Tuesday night during a traffic stop in Pawtucket. 12 News Reporter Shiina LoSciuto has the details from court.
