I heard in another video that the man, Jamie Beasley, who had leased land to Tad Cullum, was crying when he found out the women's bodies were buried on that land. He must have been horrified. I hope Paul Grice has nothing to do with this sordid business...he has a wife and 3 young children. These murders have brought so much pain to so many people.

I can only speak from my area but I’m from South Dakota. It’s pretty normal to lease your family’s farm land to whoever is the richest farmer/rancher in the area. It allows you to earn modest passive income while being able to earn full time income elsewhere. These people were incredibly wealthy to be leasing their neighbors lands. People also definitely knew they were capable of murder before this all went down. So yeah money, violence, and general lunacy anyone would be afraid of those hicks.

I had an employee once who was scared to death to go pick up her little girl at her in laws. She would always take someone with her. They would make her walk up to the door and come inside to get the little girl where they would all be gathered, looking at her very evil. she tried for years to make them bring the little girl out to her car or have them pick her up at her house but the court wouldn’t change. It’s a miracle that she wasn’t hurt.

This kind of thing happens way too often. Remember the murder of Dan Markel down in Florida? Same sort of disgusting deal.

There is a master database that tracks the 3D coordinates of all cell phones. They tracked the location of the missing women’s phones and then searched to see what phones were near those which is how they got the burner phone numbers then I’m sure they tracked them back to where they were purchased and probably obtained video footage of who purchased them. It actually has nothing to do with pinging off towers, that gives a broad area for location. The 3D GPS coordinates are probably accurate to within a couple of feet. This is actually the exact technology that was used to determine the cheating that took place in the last presidential election that biden stole. They tracked the phone locations of the mules used to haul mass quantities of fraudulent votes to the mail drop boxes and then video footage of the mail boxes were obtained showing the mules with backpacks full of biden ballots being dropped off throughout the night. You have to purchase access to the database and off course law enforcement has access to it. Nowadays almost any crime can be solves as long as you have a time and 3D coordinates and a cell phone is at the location!

There are probably more bodies out there if they looked around more . I don't feel like this is new to them .

We had a similar situation here in Ohio, people fighting over custody of a child, also including crazy grandparents. In the process, the sheriff was found to be corrupt and went to jail as well. The trials may still be going on, I'm not sure You would think people would learn from others but I guess only a few do.
