Chouseisin Gransazer is a Tokusatsu show from Toho Production. They are from different Production from Kamen Rider,Super Sentai and Ultraman that are from Toei Company Production.

And the sazer that use the robot is only the head of the tribe for example head of fire tribe is Sazer Tarious,Wind is Sazer Remls, Earth is Sazer Tawulon and Water is Sazer Gorbion.

And for the transformation each tribe do different poses. Like fire tribe raise their hand or wind crosses their hand etc.

So the gransazer is divided to four tribe fire,wind,earth,and water. At first they don't work together because of their different ideology in their own respective tribe.
