Guys. This is video evidence it was an air defense missile. If you look up the images of kh101 and nasam missiles, then slow down the video to get a better look at it, it matches up with a nasam. It also makes sense it's a nasam because that has no thrust while heading towards the hospital, it missed its intended target and fell out of the sky

2:04 the cut part of the video swing away from there. Directly after the flash of the explosion, one sees the damage done to the facade of the brown building on the right of the green building. That facade is the south facing facade of the east wing of the hospital's Y shaped main building. The damage does resemble a frag warhead. Considering the distances between the green building and the hit building, there is no way the missile is the 7,5 meter (+22 feet) long Kh 101! 2:02 The missile is right next to the green building. Assuming the green building is not built completely crooked, one of the windows should have a hight of about 1.2 meters(~4feet). On Google Street view, the windows of the building are visible with a nice person in front as reference. Judge for yourself is the missile that flies right behind the building with a distance of les than 20 meters (~60 feet), matches the 7.5 meter (~22 feet) long Kh 101. Fir reference, the AIM 120 AMRAAM, which has a fragmentation warhead, is 3.6 meters long (~11 feet). But I'm almost certain you're going to flag this comment as well...

Then you got obviously fake photoshopped pictures, which COULD show something else, though this still does not fir a a Russian cruise missile, because those who photoshopped those pictures (too stupid to not get, that reality isn't Hollywood and when you zoom in an existing low quality video, you don't get a better but a worth resolution) don't even know how that cruise missile would have to look like. In this case people could even just look at other strikes where you see just these missiles. Not even starting to talk about the obvious damage - that is FAAAAAAAAR to small for a cruise missile hit.
