But he wrote confession letters and made 2 videos in her phone explaining what he did and then wrote a suicide letter to his kids from him and his wife. Luckily she survived and his lame attempt at slitting his throat failed too. Interesting trial.

Mr. McDonald has been diagnosed as suffering from (1) bipolar disorder and (2) a syndrome whereby he cannot align himself with changed conditions. He appears helpless in his own skin. An underlying criminality surfaced over time. His crimes included forgery, burglary, and perjury among other felonious conduct. In the end, a judge sentenced him to several years in prison for his felonies. Earlier, he had spent 6 months in jail for domestic violence. He tried to buck the system along the way. He lost. Justice prevailed.

He physically uses his body language as an intimidation tactic by placing his chair facing the plaintiff solidifies his feelings of possession 😳. If you don't like people defending those who should not be defended because they are proceeding a bias where there is none then perhaps you should be advocating to fix the family court system to get rid of the bias that actually does exist. If we can get rid of the real bias against men in family Court then people will stop seeing it in places where it does not exist because they will have no reason to assume that he is being treated unfairly.

Later, a jury convicted MM of 10 felonies. The judge sentenced him to from 2 to 5 years in prison, where he now sits. If he behaves himself in the slammer, then he may gain release in a year or two.

Today's update He visited the court house in a bullet proof vest. Another occasion he turned up at court to be part of a lawyers group-open to public- he lied he worked for his attorney. He then snatched papers from someone's hands and walked out of the court house. Another occasion he sent a parcel to his children. Addressed to them. He broke his no contact order. The judge said by sending this package Michael is saying, "I know where you live to his ex wife". The judge felt he was repeating past behaviour. This judge has dealt with him prior in family court. He was remanded in custody. He fought the officers of the court. He would not put his hands behind his back.

I saw the court case you're speaking of. It was scarey to see him up close, you see how big he is. 2 or 3 Marshals had difficulty restraining him. Veterans in Politics are active in sharing with the public legal proceedings with their own emotive and biased descriptions, many that don't bear the fruit they tout. They are active in appearing in legal and politcal proceedings state and country wide where their resources and time permit. This is a group keen to. almost exclusively, ban commentary on their videos on this forum. For a bunch of (mostly) men who want dialogue, want everyone to see and hear their "plight" at the hands of the legal system, they certainly don't want to hear back, but present some of the most oppositional and controlling men in/out of relationships.
Let's give you the benefit of the doubt and say that the tracking device was on her car innocently, and that Candace knew it was there. Nevertheless, you had to know that it would be an issue. You should have taken it off, or insisted that it be removed, and you should have let the court know that it was there and you wanted it taken away. That you did not do any of that persuades us that you were guilty as charged.
Nope, the tracking device had been installed long after they split up. The place that serviced her car had papers from the service showing that they had actually used during the service the port that the GPS was plugged into and that no GPS had been there. It was another complete lie, like everything EVERYTHING else he says.

If a sane person had a tracker on their ex’s car, they’d let the court know it was there making it very clear to the court that it was there and for what reasons.

Your compassion for your counsel astounds me in it's depth and breadth. The poor man was no doubt free of having to represent you, knowing what he knew and feeling what he felt... and you can easily convince me that you were aware of his ambivalence towards you and granting you any visitation let alone custody reversion. You are not letting on something.
Family Court is perhaps the most contentious, divisive, and stress inducing, out of all the Divisions, especially when the welfare of children is also in the frame. We will never know the circumstances around that attorney's death by suicide; but given that MM was a grievous litigant, whose demands for custody of his kids felt more like a power play (and a bad one too ...) towards his - eventual - ex-wife, and nothing to do with the fact he genuinely loved his kids; in fact, unless the parent with primary custody is a danger to their own child(ren), transfer, or so it seems, of primary custody to the other rarely happens, and, instead, the aim is hopefully more now towards joint custody ... But Family Court is also the only division that is surrounded with the concern, as very little about how it truly functions is known, as much of how it operates, remains in the dark ... That Attorney (wish I knew how to spell his name ...) was likely overworked, and overstressed as it was, given the nature of Family Court; but dealing with MM may not have been his last straw, but rather more like the hard shove over the edge ... Peace to him, and his family
The title of this video makes NO SENSE... "pro se" is representing yourself without the assistance of an attorney. You can have advising counsel, but bottom line is that you chose to represent yourself and have to take the resulting consequences of that.
My favorite video is when Michael gets taken down by deputies because he's resisting arrest for submitting fraudulent documents. Michael needs help and does not need to be around his kids until hes properly meditated.

@@loissmith3882 Definitely. Someone who follows this same story stated M.M. was looked into and cleared prior to the death being deemed a suicide. I don't know whether that is true or not. Still I get this little buzz in my ear that M.M. had something to do with this. But thats just me. Also at one of the later hearings M.M. mentioned that he was given the dead attorney's dog. Why would M.M. be given his dog?
@@loissmith3882 Definitely! To this day I believe that M.M. had something to do with his attorneys' death. I don't care what anyone says. Now that Michael is out of jail. I am certain he will go after Candace eventually.
