Nova has a channel called Not Nova Rockefeller, she usually goes on with Tom breaking down how the video shoot went.

Knowing Nova and Tom with their work ethic, I think they all filmed all verses dozens of times throughout the day. Tom has said often that he’ll listen/rap/play/sing his songs for video release 500 times before it’s released. I would not be surprised if this is no exaggeration!

Dax had a lot of cinematic videos that I think would be up your alley for sure. Definitely check out more of him even if it's on your own time.

Love the videographer perspective and glad you're shouting out Nova for all the work she put's into the video's. There's some behind the scenes footage on instagram for some of the more recent video's too. I've always found it fascinating how much footage it takes to come up with a 4 minute video. Crazy how many hours/days/weeks to come up with the final product!

Hey man, thanks again for your perspective. It's really hard to suggest videos from Tom; TBH, they all stand out for different reasons. I like Buttholes, and I'm Corny because they uplift and make you "feel good." But I like Names because I can relate on a personal level. Tom has one called "Naked" where he appears to be naked (all the bits are covered), and some reviewers are like "I don't want to see Tom naked". It's not about nudity; it's about baring one's soul and being as transparent as humanly possible. The line *_"Teflon, even when I'm naked, it's heartbreaking ain't it"._* is sort of profound. I dunno, I'm old school. Gloria Gaynor, Blondie, and Whitney were among the styles of music I preferred when I was younger. But this? I *_Get It_* on so many levels. Tom's like a modern day herald put here to spread a message. People from all ages, races, colors, etc hear him and are affected. What chance of hooking him up with Nova who is like a modern day Scribe that puts his messages into a format that works?

I'm a newbie to Dax, but what I've listened to was SO worth it! Nova is spot on in her videos lately and I loved this break down of the technical side! Keep rocking it Joe-e!

Second reason Ive subscribed today; been spending a lot of time building up my skills with video production and you breaking downing how they did what........-.- helps me so much. I can visualize what i want to do but flop in trying to find the words to describe what i want to do. Youre break down @ 5:15ish of the rotoscoping with multi layers to put back and fore ground fire around the object in dominace. Man, i took notes to take into AE & Primier tomorrow.

Dax is fantastic. I love this song. They did such a good job on it, although I still cannot handle Tom’s voice. All I hear is Adam Sandler, and I cannot take him seriously. Speaking facts here and they all killed it.

This album is the first album they actually filmed together,even in AS FAR AS THE STARS they all filmed in different places Tom and Nova were in California and Brandon was in Canada,Nova edits everything together to make you think they filmed together

Hi Joe E, I am enjoying my journey of rap artists/music, which I started listening to this year. I understand most of the terms hooks, schemes, bars etc. These artists I have listened to individually and man I love what these guys have put together, a great, collab. The video, it was the colours and the clothes that got me, but the effects were great...Peace.☝️🤓

You should absolutely check out Dax from his 20 min Next Rap God 2 to his songs like To Be A Man and PTSD.

Dax has some great stuff. He did "Blame the Rappers"(Tom ft. Dax) with Tom and Tom did "Propaganda"(Dax ft. Tom) with him.

Also I wanna tell you I respect your craft and can understand it and know the hours and hours and hours it takes to edit the videos cuz I went to digital harbor high school in Baltimore Maryland and it’s a tech school and after freshman year you have to pick a pathway to do the rest of high school and I did media so I learned how to edit on photoshop and also adobe premier for video and I did my own videos in school shot them and edited them so I know the hard work so I do want you to know I appreciate your craft and the work you do want you to know I respect it and thank you for all your hard work cuz people like you are the ones who hardly get notice or recognized for all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes. Nova is so amazing but the VXF is done by Jared Potter a friend of theirs not all of it but the more techy stuff the lighting and directing is all Nova though. I just think he should get the credit he deserves too. She "Nova" said Jared did all the glitchy stuff, She is learning a lot from him and doing more and more of it herself. # He does alot of the VFX but Nova does the majority of it. He also did the VFX on Dirty Money, Riot, End of world and a few more I think. All 3 of the guys are amazing also, Tom coming in with the stereotypical white people shxt, then Adam coming in with the Chicago tuff white boy Shxt and then Dax comes in with the Black people shxt side of things and brings it all together we are all just people and its all the same stuff but we like to label and separate people by color. Just as a side note Tom and Dax have been friends for years and have done 3 video together including this one, but this is the first time they actually met in person and filmed one when they were all in the same place at the same time. Also I love that Dax shouted out Tom saying that he's been fkn with Tom since before Tom blew up and got cancelled for speaking out on (uncomfortable subjects ) not a lot of signed artist are ballzy to do that and I love it.
