Cable box video

This video depicts a cable box being pulsed by Marx generator. The wire on the top of the cable box is just an antenna and the generator is not connected directly to the electric grid. It shows that cable box first disrupted and produces random lines on the TV screen then the cable box has tries to reboot. It cannot reboot if I continue pulsing it. I have to a turnoff Marx generator so it can reboot. Sophisticated devices do this when they are pulsed by a Marx generator and will try to reboot or turn them off or in some ways need some manual intervention to turn it back on again.
