Kalaripayattu is the oldest form of martial Arts, which teaches us about fighting and healing techniques. I Experienced as we let energy flow in different systems of our body and it's capacity to self heal various organs and injuries.
I will be showing you the techniques to healing the shoulders, the shoulder girdle, the elbows, the wrists and the fingers. Maintaining constant movements with different paces is of utmost importance. Restriction /Lack of movements cause energy blockages in our body.
