You did an outstanding job on this. It is by far the best travel guide to Vieques that I have found on RU-vid. We are going there this week! Can't wait!
I was surprised with the prices of your meals... I didn't think Puerto Rico would be super cheap.. but thought it would be cheaper than the United States to eat out. Well, it kinda was compared to Dallas anyway.. but not much cheaper, sorta comparable. Thanks for the guide. This definitely helps since my family will be visiting PR in October. We'd only have about 1 day in Viques though. The most important thing for me to do there is the bio-bay.
I went to vieques long time ago, and I love it. The good thing is that we don't need a passport to go there and the island is beautiful. I am watching this video and I can see that the island looks a lot better now. Thank you for sharing with us.
Thanks for the informative video. I'm hoping to go to Puerto Rico as an alternative to Cuba or Dominican Republic. Looks like a great option and your video will be very helpful. TY!
Thanks! Puerto Rico is a great alternative to Cuba or DR! If you don't need an all-inclusive vacation, then PR is perfect and also reasonably priced. Keep an eye for my upcoming videos from mainland Puerto Rico. They should be published in a few weeks.
I can't really comment on the Fajardo ferry, since there was no credible information on-line about the existence of such a ferry, and any sporadic mentions of it were not favorable. The best way to get to the islands of Vieques and Culebra is by the ferries from Ceiba, and there is a great web site that lets you book tickets. Please watch my Puerto Rico Ferries video to learn all the details.
Thank you for your comment. I believe you are correct. I should have said "...coral, as well as a variety of other marine life..." instead of "...coral, as well as a variety of marine life...".
