3 lbs pork bones for soup
28 oz medium firm tofu (3 pkgs)
28 oz rice vermicelli
30 cups of water
1 daikon
2 tbsp salt
1.5 tbsp rock sugar or white sugar
1 can pineapple chunks with juice
150 g dried shrimp
7 oz jar minced crab in spices
1 shallot sliced (2 tbsp)
2 lb Roma tomatoes quartered
1 tsp salt
10 tbsp fish sauce *adjust fish sauce & sugar according to taste preference
For color:
1 tsp annatto seeds
1 tbsp oil
*sautee until color develops and add only the oil to the soup
