Yeah stuff is literally European "soy sauce" and i honestly think its better than 99% of soys ive tried. Did try this i think itnwas Vietnamese sauce that also used peanuts that was pretty good

If you preheat the airfryer (i have a ninja) for 4-5 mins, and do cubes vs slabs, it will cook in 15 mins. Also pat it dry, and put a little potato starch, spray with oil, and flip half way and it will be crispy.
