When you first began collecting, what drew you toward golden age comics? Looking forward to your next unboxing. Do you own any original good girl art from the golden age? Also, are you ever tempted to crack open those slabs to enjoy the interior artwork and take in the nostalgic aroma of 1950s newsprint? How many comics do you read a day? What are you currently reading and can you please show it on your channel? Show some of your Batman and Detective Comics, Silver and Golden Age.

I like the Detective Covers over the Batman usually - especially the 150 to 200 range of Detective 🕵️‍♀️ for some reason.

Funny enough, I myself am quite a history buff as well. Are there any X-Men comics you would recommend? With such a large collection of comics, how do you avoid misplacing comics or accidently buying duplicates? Thanks again as always for answering my questions.

I have a raw copy of Tec 184 which i thought was the 1st app of Firefly no? I do have that other Firefly but i thought that was total new character? Awesome collection man.

Do you have any silver age issues of The Atom..? Specifically the Showcase ones leading up to Atom #1. He was a favorite of mine in the sixties and I remember buying Atom #1, (had a Venus flytrap on the cover), at the local drugstore in 1962.

Do you have any interest in signed comics? Do you have a favorite in your collection?I use to enjoy hunting for signatures. Now that grading companies have started signature series where you mail your books in I feel it has lost its nostalgia. Adam G

My friend says he buys Golden and Silver age comics so that when his health fails he will sell these comics at a higher value to pay for his medical and hospital bills.

It’s a shame so much of your golden age comics are slabs. I would love to see more than covers. I collect for the stories and sequential art. It takes a different kind of artist to excel at storytelling. Many of the best covers also tell a story. Something that is lacking in today’s cover artists
