These houses. I really was enjoying the views. The finishing touches to these houses, the outer decor, pretty much everything about this Gambian Estate, I LOVED. It's such a great estate for families, it really gave that vibe, especially when I saw the playground (the footage of which I lost kmt :'| ).
But seriously if this is your sort of budget, you want to live on an estate and you don't mind the wait, I'd say this is one of the best Estates to live on- it actually appears maintained, has roads and pavements everywhere, a playground, is gated etc.
I'm not even sure if there's any plots still available here as this footage is from February, but try your luck! And if not, at least you can see for yourself what you can get with £70-80,000 in The Gambia :D
