Mr. Aubin, I'm learning a lot from your amazing tutorials on Lynda.com since I get my membership. I'm half way through your 'Revit Architecture: The Family Editor.' Last but not least, your 'Rendering with Revit' was simply awesome. A million thanks to you as you made me capable of realizing my goal. May I also take the liberty to ask if you have recorded any series of tutorial on construction document and detailing. Unlike AutoCAD working/construction drawing is quite intimidating in Revit.
+ABM Glad you like the training at www.lynda.com/paulaubin I cover detailing in a few videos in Revit Essential Training. We have not done an entire course on it. Maybe something for the future. Thanks again for your comments!
+Paul Aubin Thank you very much indeed for the proper link: www.lynda.com/paulaubin which is not less than a treasure trove for me at www.lynda.com As an intern architect with over 9 years of experience in architectural industry, I've observed that most of the firms are reluctant to switch from AutoCAD Architecture to Revit especially when hundreds of drawings and documents are ready to use for submittals. This approach by CAD Managers are mainly driven by the fact that most the team members aren't well trained to fiddle with the level of details (in Revit) required during construction document phase. Long story short, Revit to me is much robust, powerful, and efficient than AutoCAD. I'll definitely sift through www.lynda.com/paulaubin to find those videos and I'm sure enough that an entire course on detailing and CDs would do a great help to those who want to switch from CAD to Revit. Once again, thank you very much!
