2 things id like to know ... first , can you power this projector on with the remote control ? I have a pocket projector and i can do everything except power it on with the remote , it needs a physicsl touch to power on from standby mode. Secondly , from what i can see with the stand , the projector has to be down low and projects up , My stand is on a shelf near the roof and im wondering is there a way to point it downwards if that stand covers the projector when its flat ?
I got one for myself and I like. but I have one problem: for uploading a file from USB stick, I cannot choose the source. it shows up, when the memory stick is in, and disappears, when I pull it out. tested three differen sticks, but I cannot navigate to the source as you did on your video. Is there any trick for doing this?
How do you feel this compares to the Nebra Anybeam for image quality? Least favorite film? "Romeo and Juliet"... horrible, like they were reciting lines off of a teleprompter without even understanding them.
one of the best reviews on this Device, am thinking of buying it for decorating cookies but does it work on a small scale I need to be closer to the surface
Just got mine. Charged it for 2.5h, the lihgt was still red. Tried to fire it up while pluged in, it got to the language selection screen and just shut down. It wasn't picking up the remote. I hope I just need to leave it to charge more. Anyone else had this issue? Any sugestions?
Hmm, that doesn't sound right im afraid. Just to confirm did you use the included power brick/plug/charger to charge the projector? If so then approx 2.5 hours should have charged it completely. Can you easily return it to where it was purchased from?
@@mcphoney I did have to use a US to EU plug adapter. After leaving it to charge over night, the indicator turned green and I managed to get it working.
It's funny that your full HD 1080p cam cannot "capture the full clarity" of a 480p resolution projector. I had seen the projection quality of this projector and it's really shabby. After all its max resolution is only 480p. I would anytime go for a Xiomi Wambo T2 projector which costs less that this and has a full hd native resolution (1080p) and better brightness (250 Lumens compared to 120 Lumens in Viewsonic)
No headphone jack? I realize that it can send audio to Bluetooth headphones, but that's one more item to keep charged. A simple headphone jack would have been nice. Nice review!
Looking for a small, lightweight portable that can use smartphone screen mirroring. Can this one? If so, would Bluetooth or wifi be essential. Great description. LEAST favorite film: Leaving Las Vegas!
Least favourite/worst film I've ever seen is Reeker (2005) Only 3 people in the theatre and 1 left about half way through. One other guy and I lasted to the end and as we left we both laughed about how awful it was. I've never seen it in a DVD format or on sale anywhere, and I worked in Blockbuster!!
Thnx for the video, now I am really interested in having a portable projector. Looks easy to carry and use. Well, my recent least favorite film is transformer 4 :(
Hello, my least favorite film is "The Last Airbender". I really liked the cartoon serie but it was very disappointing to see what they did with the movie :(
Hi there, so some pay per view apps are not allowed to be streamed/shared unfortunately. For example BT SPORT cannot be shared unless you pay the full TV subscription as well as the phone/app subscription too! Madness! What I do however for Prime Video/Netflix is use an Amazon fire stick and plug that directly into the projector!
It depends what you plan to use it for. In terms of “pocket projectors” this is my favourite out of the ones I’ve tested. The flaws? No HD picture. No tripod mount. Pros: Small. Decent picture quality when connected to a HD source. Built in battery. We use this whenever my son wants a movie night. It’s quick and easy to set up and does the job. If you are looking to create a permanent home cinema experience then you may wish to get something like the Artlii Energon 2. (My favourite budget projector which is also reviewed on my channel!) Hope that helps!
Hey there, my least favourite film is definitely highlander 2 I mean the first wasn’t amazing but it was pretty decent but the 2nd...man I wasted money for that 😔
Nice! With all this "load shedding" that the SA government is forcing on us this seems to be a decent alternative to AC powered projectors. One thing you didn't mention is its ability to be charged from a USB battery bank which is absolutely phenomenal especially during a power outage! Although despite all these cool features I'm still a bit torn between the projector or an inverter backup system... There's some decent ones selling for the same price as this lil beaut, tough decision indeed...
Least Favourite Film: Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. First film I ever felt I could've walked out on at the cinema within the first 15mins
