A repeated DUI offender killed 8 innocent men who were in their way to work. He is being charged with involuntary manslaughter. This is a First degree murder. When you have someone who continues to drive drunk and is aware of the consequences that have been repeated over and over, it is murder. And now the innocent survivors are kept silent in their apartments without permission to contact loved ones. You are not going to keep this one under the rug. 😡
