Sir Justin if you want to continue to watching my tv with the 5.1 surround sound you better watch what you say about Mr Clint Eastwood, That's a freaking classic line by The Vigilante.
I ain't gonna lie pardners, Vigilante is pretty dang awesome. Never even heard of him before I watched this series (recently, for the first time), and he's already pretty much my favorite.
The Vigilante used in Arrow was the Adrian Chase version. But Arrow fucking butchered his character and turned him into Prometheus, which makes absolutely no sense
@@chidaluokoro9104 Vigilante in the Peacemaker show is terrible. He's supposed to be like the Punisher in terms of his personality and characterization. James Gunn really ruined him by making him act like Deadpool. Vigilante hasn't been done justice in both Arrow and Peacemaker.
Wish they had given more time to the cool lesser known characters. Green Arrow, Black Canary, Question, and Huntress got off alright, but I would've been okay with seeing more Vigilante, Shining Knight, Booster Gold, etc. Still, the fact that they got any time at all is great. The DCAU stands head and shoulders above most competition, and I can proudly say these shows formed the bedrock of my love for DC.
The vigilante was a regular feature in action comics from the 1940's to the late 1950's. he had a short run in the 1970's in adventure comics.during the 1980's he appeared sporadically in all star squadron.he was also a member of the original 7 soldiers of victory which ran in leading comics during the 1940's.
Not gonna lie, I had a huge crush on Vigilante when I was younger. Something about him is so charming and attractive. xD Such a badass. He needs to have his own show, or at least they could've given him more screen time with Shining Knight.
Vellric Chances is are he might show up in Legends of Tomorrow at some point. I mean, they've already had Jonah Hex, why not have this version of Vigilante? I'm actually gonna be working on a book that will feature Jonah, El Diablo, and Vigilante sometime in the near future as well.
I like this Vigilante better than those modern non-cowboy ones DC has been spewing over the years. Especially that new shitty upcoming Vigilante in Arrow.
+Shadow Knight What are you talking about? Saunders first came around 1941 in *Action Comics #42*, while the new one ( which was Adrian chase the first 'new' version of vigilante) first came around 1983 in *New Teen Titans Anual #2*. Even if you tried the modern resurfacing angle, JLU did first with Saunders in the episode "Task Force X", which was first aired in the 21st of May 2005. The Arrow's version of Vigilante, which was the 'new' one, first appeared in the series, physical appearance, was in season 5 episode 7 which first aired in the 16th November 2016. No matter how you look at it, Saunder's came first. But still the 'new' version of the vigilante was already introduced for more than 3 decades ago. So calling it new, seems more far off than an understatement. To note, Greg Saunders is the cowboy one, the new one starting from Adrian chase is the assasin- looking one.
@jauvon13 Hahaha! That's awesome! I've been womdering what he's been saying! Actually I watched this episode last night on my tv (better sound quality) and I caught a few of his words but not all of them. Thanks!
He just had a big moment in *Arrow* season 6's latest episode. He has been is in that show (with his badass comic book costume) since season 5. Very cool version of this character IMO
tom welling needs to play this wild western cowboy gunslinger in dceu because of hes height and hairstyle even weight ive rather bet he knows how play guitar and banjo and knows how to sing and he played superman in smallville
+SPAAAAACE 5:41 Vaya con dios, only thing I really understood lol I swear he is Boomhauer. It makes perfect sense. Last episode of King of the Hill, it showed him with a Texas Ranger badge, so that would explain the gun.
