There are so many foreshadowings throughout the film where if you pay attention, you'll realize it's Don just acting in facade, like that fight with Jasjit, he breaks the stick and stabs it in his shoulder, Vijay wouldn't do psychopath behavior like that, only Don will do that. even his subtle expressions in so many scenes you can see it's clearly Don just acting in facade. Really great stuff. I don't think anyone thought about this stuff in 2006, Farhan Akhtar's writing and attention to detail was ahead of Its time

@Ironclad I know man. This was just a joke. This stemmed out of Farhan Akhtar's own funny story/words on the EIC panel from 2017. Check it out if you haven't yet. IMHO, even Don 2 was not needed. Though not bad, it was an entirely different movie in terms of character. Don was a cool slick thriller where the main guy was more about brains than physical prowess. Don 2 kinda turned him into action hero, which again, though not bad, was a completely different character.

After seeing the second I loved the secret assassin organisation stuff. When the third movie released I was a complete John wick fan I bought all the comics to learn more about him and I also have all the blu-rays.
