Born in Delhi, Vikas Divyakirti is a civil servant, educator, author and a lecturer. He was a member of Central Secretariat Service and now runs an UPSC coaching institute, Drishti IAS Coaching Institute in Delhi. A Master in Arts, Bachelor of Laws, Master of Philosophy, Doctor of Philosophy, Divyakirti cleared his UPSC Civil Services Examination in his first attempt. He also served as Section Officer at Dept. Of Official Language in Ministry of Home Affairs. Divyakirti was nominated for Padma Awards in 2023. He also appeared in Vidhu Vinod Chopra's '12th Fail', a Hindi Feature Film.

पूरा इंटरव्यू बड़े मनोयोग से देखा सुना ।प्रथम तो सम्पूर्ण टीम को साधुवाद। नीलेश जी आपके अन्य इंटरव्यू भी देखे है परंतु दिव्य कीर्ति जी का इंटरव्यू देख कर मन एक बड़े सुकून का अनुभव कर रहा है ।मैं स्वयं भी एक शिक्षिका हूँ अभी सेवानिवृत्त रह कर भी निरन्तर आज की शिक्षा प्रणाली पर चिंतन करती हूँ और शिक्षा से सम्बंधित व्यकितयों को कुछ सुझाव भी देती रहती हूँ । आपने इस इंटरव्यू में कीर्ति जी के माध्यम से जीवन के सभी पहलुओं को छुआ है । कीर्ति जी ने शिक्षा और समाज से सम्बंधित जिन जिन आशंकाओं का ज़िक्र किया है निश्चय ही विचारणीय है। समय वाकई अद्भुत गति से अपनी चाल चल रहा है और अभी न जाने कितने अचंभे ओर दिखने वाले हैं । कीर्ति जी ने शिक्षक चयन प्रक्रिया के बारे में जो विचार व्यक्त किये है यदि उन पर गम्भीरता से अमल किया जाए तो उनके अनुसार 1लाख के करीब शिक्षक तहलका मचा देंगे। मैं नवोदय विद्यालय में हिंदी की शिक्षिका थी और वाकई में इसी एक प्रश्न के आधार पर टीम ने मुझे चुना की जो मेरे पास है उसे मैं ट्रांसफर कर सकती हूँ ।पता नहीं उस समय मैनें यही उत्तर दिया था कि जी ,मैं पूर्ण विश्वास से यह कह सकती हूँ और ऐसी क्षमता मुझमें है ऐसा अनुभव करती हूँ । शिक्षण के मध्य कहानी सुनाना मेरा प्रिय माध्यम रहा और आज भी मेरे सभी छात्र 35 साल के बाद भी मुझसे मिलने आते है। कीर्ति जी के अनुसार यदि शिक्षा प्रणाली में बदलाव लाये जा सकें तो वास्तव में वातावण में आमूलचूल परिवर्तन आ सकता है । हमें निराश नहीं होना है अब डंका बज चुका है। पुनः साधुवाद👍👍👍👌👌👌💐💐💐💐💐💐

अभी 2.48.00 मिनट में हूँ....आज तक दुनिया मे जितनी मूवी वेब series या जो कुछ भी देखा हैं... आज दावे के साथ कह सकता इससे ऊपर कुछ भी नही देखा...AI का सुनते सुनते 5 मिनट ब्रेक लिया और गाँव के बाहर चल रही ठंडी हवा को महसूस किया..अपनी देशी गाय के छोटे छोटे बछड़ो को गले लगाया ...देशी पिल्लों को हाथ मे उठाया...शायद हम अंतिम हैं जो ये महसूस कर पा रहे हैं.....❤❤ आप दोनों का upsc न निकला क्योंकि कुछ बड़ा होना था...कल तक upsc का रिजल्ट आ जायेगा...अब शायद उतना बुरा न लगेगा जितना हर बार लगता था

मेरे पसंदीदे दोनों व्यक्तियों को एकसाथ पाकर धन्य हो गई। सूनते सूनते कब इतना समय बिता पता ही नहीं चला। ख़त्म हुआ तो लगा थोड़ी जल्दबाजी की। और थोड़ी देर तक चलता तो अच्छा होता। बिच में निलेशजी के कहानी का एक टूकड़ा आ जाता तो बात ही क्या थी। सार यह है कि अभी भी मन नहीं भरा।😊 आगे फिर एक साथ दोनों को देखने की उम्मीद से बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद आप दोनों को।🙏🙏😊

वाकई ये अद्भुत है, लगभग 4 घंटे का ये वीडियो देखकर मैने बीच मे से देखना शुरू किया और अंत तक देखा, और अब फिर से मैं शुरू का छूट गया हिस्सा देख रहा हु। मैं अनुसंधान क्षेत्र में हु, सिलक्यारा उत्तराखंड के सुरंग हादसे में अपने संस्थान की तरफ से रेस्क्यू टीम मे रहा हु। चाहता हु, हर क्षेत्र में लापरवाही और धन लोभ से उपर काम की गुणवत्ता कब हावी हो। धन्यवाद। धन्यवाद।

गहन चिंतन और मनन एवं कितने ही दिशाओं में खुलने वाले इस साक्षात्कार में न सिर्फ नीलेश जी ने बल्कि विकास सर ने भी कई ऐसे नव आयामों पर बारीक चिंतन करने के लिए बाध्य किया है। अत्यंत ही शुकून और जिज्ञासों को शांत और जगाने वाले <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="228">3:48</a> घंटे !!! जहां तक बात विज्ञान की परिधि की है तो मुझे लगता हैं की AI आने वाले दिनों में हमारे दैनिक जीवन के सवालों में उपयोग होने वाले शब्दों जैसे की "अगर", "क्यों" , "कैसे" जैसे शब्दों को बिल्कुल ही विलोपन की कगार पर खड़ा कर देगा और हर संभावनाओं को चुनौती दे रहा होगा ।

Vikas sir ko sunne bhar se hi aisa lagta hai ki life ke subject mai 2 ya 3 kitaaben toh ache se dimaag mai baith gayi hai bas ab unpe amal karna hai🙏 Vikas sir Aaj ki date mai unke bhi Sir hai jo student 'padai' ko bye bye karne ke liye sabse jyada aatur raha karte the ☺️😁 Again big thanks for this enlightening interview & stay blessed 😇 P.S - mere parents bhi teachers rahe hai toh mera teachers ke liye respect bahut deep hai 🙏

वाह,बहुत अच्छा लगा।विकास सर को मात्र देखने और सुनने से मुझे बहुत सुकून मिलता है और मैं अपने आप में बहुत मोटिवेट महसूस करता हूं। जहां आजकल लोग reels देखने के आदि हो गए जै वहीं विकास सर की 4 घंटे भी बहुत कम पर जाति है ,और सुनने को मन करता है ।❤निलेश मिश्रा जी को बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद इस वीडियो के लिए 🎉

Firstly I want to thank Nilesh Mishra ji for taking this slow interview with Vikas sir and secondly I want to thank both of u as u addressed current issue regarding affect of contents created by content creater and so called superstars of bollywood , also ott platform shows who only works for money not adding any social value and taking youth to wrong side it is a very serious and important issue to be addressed and people like both of if are talking on it then it will play vital role for our society. This issue should have proper watch what content our youth and small children are consuming, this can be done by govt and laws for better future of India...
