i hear mongolian throat singing, i hear native american chants, i can hear faroer island yodeling, i hear germanic drums and nordic influence in instrumentation and im only 15 min in. Its weird but it works.
I do a meditation where I empty my mind and slowly fuse my entire being with the music. Feeling every aspect of it, mind, body, soul all at one time. Then I just let it flow till the end. You can also do this while focused on a rune hanging on the wall in front of you while quietly chanting and taking into yourself the characteristics of your chosen rune as the music takes you deeper. An incredible empowerment experience!
