For anyone confused about or just interested in why Vanya is so powerful: Her power makes perfect sense. She can harness sound waves and turn them into kinetic energy. She overpowered because, unless the world is in a vacuum, LITERALLY everything produces sound waves. Including every part of the human body-which is why she can use the sound from a single heartbeat. Really, once the science behind sound is understood it’s very easy, and actually realistic, to understand why she has the power she does have the level of power she has and why it’s hard for her control it without something like the violin to help her focus it.

I love that the most bullied, shyest, meekest character is actually the deadliest.

For everyone saying she’s too overpowered for no reason, she’s overpowered but not for no reason. Her power converts sound vibrations into energy in which she chooses to control however she likes such as telekinesis or force fields. When you think about it literally everything in the universe gives off a sound vibration which is why she’s powerful but in turn making it hard for her to control her powers. Had her dad actually taught her how to control her powers as a kid maybe they wouldn’t be having these problems.

She(now him) had more control of the power, because she wasn't hidden from them. Her first time using her power for the first time this season was great

Kind of off topic but what I really appreciate about the character is that they weren’t the best violin in the orchestra. They weren’t even close. Just struggling like the most of us non prodigies.
