Meet Maria ”Vildhjärta” Westerberg, an artist, author and poet who decided to leave her life in the city and move to a cabin in the woods in Värmland, Sweden, where she makes art from found twigs. In this video she shares her thoughts on depression and how human health is intertwined with the health of the surrounding eco systems.
