I'll tell you what...this is NOTHING SHORT of AMAZING! Bless her heart....lpok at all THAT WORK...and BY HAND....even the mashing of the potaoes. Those pans are probably heavy too. I noticed her hands.....ARTHRITIS ....but there is SO MUCH LOVE in preparing that food. And the Rain! just hearing that was so great. The little girl was cute. You could tell she liked the rolls. Open fire....eben the grating of the carrot on that utensil...was NOT that easy. that takes time doing it that way plus the carrot is small and it takes time.
How I miss and crave for such delicious, village food. That little girl is so adorable, and fortunate to enjoy tasty meals prepared from scratch with pure natural ingredients, so much patience, time & Love. Refreshing to see the simplicity and calmness of this video. I will definitely try this yummy recipe, and use fresh curry leaves that are blooming and thriving happily in my garden.

This Mom loves what she does for her family and does not resent the fact that she does not have the latest fashionable gadgets or kitchen etc and to her son or sons please buy her some nice comfortable footwear, this is one lady that would not ask nor complain. Just commenting on my observations. God bless all mothers like her, selfless in everything they do. Its sounds like you get heavy rainfall in your part of the world.
