We have a very similar holiday here in Poland, it’s called „Procession of the Holy Body of Christ” and it’s one of the catholic holiday when we do not go to work. It’s always on Thursday. We also decorate our houses and the whole road where procession goes. Small girls throw flowers in front of procession and we stop 4 times to read the Gospel. The difference is that in Poland it takes place usually in the mornings. 😊

As always, a tradition always brings family and friends together, which is a beautiful thing. that was a delicious zucchini salad that you made. My mother used to stuff the zucchini flower with cheese and fried them.
