Sometimes even 3-4 ingredients is more delicious than 10 ingredients. Just like eating at the roadside dhabba is more tasty than eating at a 5 star hotel where you can't even pronounce the name of the dish.
Just made it now. Added 2 tbsp ghee at the end. Was a bit skeptical about it at first since it was so low ingredient. One word. Amazing!! Blown away!! 100% will make it again!
It looks easy n tasty I wil try today no jahnjant of ingredients it's simple with 5 ingredients just u have to bhuno masala wel it wil turn out in amazing one thanks for sharing
Thank you for this simple and very tasty recipe. I tried so many different types of Chicken recipes but let me tell you, yours is one of the simplest and one of the best. I give 10 out of 10 for this village recipe. Everyone should try this. Thank you.
This is exactly how my grandfather use to make chicken or mutton in village. Usually he will make it outside the house in the shed if our barn. Typically on a mud chulha and earthen pot. My grandmother doesn’t allow non veg inside her kitchen so it was us helping him bring haldi, salt, sugar, chilies powder, ginger garlic paste from the kitchen on disposable cups made of Sal leaves. We were like his little minions helping him around and waiting patiently for him to cook the chicken. I have never eaten such delicious chicken ever again but today I realised it tasted good because of few fresh and organic ingredients. Those were the days when life was simple yet so beautiful. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
Just finished this, was soo yummy, I usually make curries with a lot more spices but fancied something different, will definitely be my go to curry from now on
Tried the recipe today and it was a bit sweet..Ok for someone who does not eat non veg regularly but for hard core non vegetarian this recipe wont be satisfying
After watching your vedio today i cooked chicken and that was so tasty my little brother and my sisters and my family members loved it❤️ thanks for giving this type of easy recipe 🥰 take love❤️❤️
@@JitenderKumar-wr2rv Maybe because sugar is hard to come by in some places. He’s not making Chicken Tikka Masala which requires sugar, so I don’t see the problem here.
Thank you for the lovely recipe. I have one question. For the initial frying of the onions, should the mustard oil be smoking hot or you can just add the onions while the mustard oil is coming up to temperature? Thanks again.
