I kind of wish that this had shown a living statue performer. They're surprising even when you know to expect them.

I think that the "robot" was actually a person in an elaborate costume. The delightful thing about street performance is that the performers are most often human, sometimes with animal accompaniment.

If they like painting so much you could get them to try one of Bob Ross tutorials.

They always take in new experiences with such joy and admiration

I can't stop watching that young man in yellow on these videos. He is in constant motion! The body, the head, that soft throwing motion of the hand... And that air of innocence and wonder. Very simpatico!

The funniest part...if water was poured over it.... the wiring would burn. Smart as heck !!! It was really nice to see them joking around and laughing.

I always notice with these men that no matter how awful they are when they do something - singing, dancing, juggling or whatever - they have no inhibition and their friends are completely supportive and gentle and never critical. the other thing I notice is that when they are given foods to taste, no matter how delicious they find the food, they show no greediness. It can be the most delicious food they ever had, and after just one bite, they can not only stop eating it, they will offer it to somebody else.

Where Is Babu?!?!?! I pray that he is well. It isn't the same without him but the others did well .

The painting at the end was a scene of moonlight, hence the wonderful reflection on water.

Love seeing people see things almost lk when u show a child and they are amazed yet WAY BETTER cuz they can articulate how amazing something new and amazing it is to them and remind us HOW WE SHOULD NOT FORGET we have God's beauty EVERYWHERE

What Raeen has said about local singers made me think about Keziah Jones, who used to sing and play guitar in Paris subway stations before becoming a worldwide celebrity in the early 90's, or about Teddy Swims who is about to become a household name if all the planets align accordingly. It's more than possible that one of the next mega stars is currently playing in a street corner not far from where you live. Open your ears.

I was amazed the guys thought it was a real robot and did not figure out it was a costume

Their reaction to the robot brought me to the idea, that they should see a compilation of amazing cosplays. Even if they might not know all of the characters represented, I'm sure they'll be astonished at the skill and effort people put into such costumes.
