I'm 4 years younger than Babu, but I'm still an active biker, and I still work the same steady job, pushing on 11 years now. Western lifestyle provides Me with so much more freedom - Partly because of our healthcare - And life presents very less physical demands on Me. True was definitely "sundae" type ice cream. Well, the 90's kinda introduced candy as breakfast in the form of breakfast cereal. So, our warped sense, of what adequate portions look like, was rather inevitable. Back then and earlier the FDA layed the blame for obesity at the feet of fat, not sugar, with millions of dollars in lobbying efforts by the sugar industry in support of conclusions they wanted from the scientific community and regulatory institutions. Capitalism, man... it's just a crap incentive system that favors power stratification over the common good/ societal prosperity.

I watch those too and I agree this channel has grown on me as well! T.M.I. My youngest and I really enjoy watching together, she is 7 and really enjoyed the trip they went on! She says it was neat to see how different it is where they live, but it's hard for my children to stay interested in the other channels.

I'm in Montreal and have never heard of it but then again, I'm lactose intolerant, so I haven't been keeping up with the latest flavours.

You can always try sorbet. I eat both and i can say i usually enjoy more fruit based sorbets than their ice cream counterparts.

😆❤ I sometimes use those pills they have for lactose intolerance when I simply "must" have ice cream...or a bowl of cereal. (I forgot the name but they are at Walmart)

You can find some pretty decent vegan ice creams. I've gone from vegan to vegetarian at the moment, but I used to find vegan ice cream every bit as good as a quality brand of ice cream.
