Ville Valo speaking about the song "Ode to Solitude" from the upcoming record Screamworks: Love In Theory and Practice. www.heartagram.com www.heartagram.no www.warnerwall.no
Well being a hermit type that is a very hard thing to ever do.....but living is living an it is what one must do..... so I open my doors to the world.....
1:10 - 1:27 This is my mission these days, quite a big one, as it's been like all I know for too long, I forgot what other kind of life feels like. I didn't, shockingly as a HIM fan discover the whole album until recently, and I immediately stuck to this song in an acoustic version.
@trishalovesfy as always, heaven in flames NOW BLEEDING ODE TO,SOLITUDE IN CHAAAAINS! In the arms of rain and Ode to solitude,in my opinion. the greatests But i dont think that screamworks's the best albun
Well it's easily the most metow-ish song on the album...and I do think that Linde is underrated in terms of his riff-writing skills. I was trying to play "In Venere" today, and it's tricky.
@JaqieofSilentHill and why is this a bad thing? Valo sounds like himself, if you hear a similarity to Michael Jackson, then okay. I don't think Valo would take that as an insult.
