Ano, pokud jde o bouřlivé kvašení na začátku, tak normálně otevřít kvasnou nádobu a promíchat. Ten kyslík na začátku kvasinkám pomůže. A zároveň se vytvoří dost CO2 po uzavření kvasné nádoby, takže se nic nezkazí

hi, thanks, the recipe is simple. I don't use any spices, just honey, raspberries, water and sugar. The temperature during cooking must not be too high, it must not boil. You have to keep the temperature below the boiling point. I store the mead in a glass demijohn. If the mead has enough alcohol, it is not a problem to store it for several years.
