Excellent analysis. You are the person with whom I feel comfortable to put my questions: 1. Vinati Saraf hired ex- Lubrizol as consultant. Isn't there any clause to prevent such technical know how transfer? If not, then tomorrow somebody else may take ATBS process technology from Vinati. Also, was it really Vinati Saraf who brought consultant or she was highlighted in order to pave way for higher post? 2. Does VOL have exclusive right to use NCL patented technology for ATBS manufacture or other can also get it? 3. Recently VOL is acquiring "Veeral Additives". For both companies, same persons are promotors. Do you see something fishy here? 4. How Butylene Phenol market will be impacted if "Deepak Nitrate" also do forward integration to produce it from in house Phenol? 5. What is your opinion on recent higher PE of above 50? What opportunities do you see to justify this valuation in near future?

Good analysis. IMO Vinati is way ahead of the rest of the chemical companies when it comes to return ratios, Ebitda margins, zero debt. The company has done all their capex thus far from internal accrual and never taken debt. Their execution capabilities are top notch. This is a very rare gem

Excellent analysis. B2B business are difficult to understand. I have identified chemical sector as future growth sector during 2017 bull Run. But except one stock my stock selection was not approprite. I think you are one of the best fundamental analyst of chemical sector companies.
