This video had a star studded cast, including Patty Loveless, Pam Tillis, Kelly Willis, Kevin Welch, Lee Roy Parnell, Fred Young of the Kentucky Headhunters and Reba McEntire, who, in a role similar to her video for "Is There Life Out There," portrays a waitress. The classic clip also features Little Jimmy Dickens, Michael McDonald, Leon Russell, Carl Perkins and Delbert McClinton

You can not imagine the legends that appeared in this video. It would take me a half hour to list them all.

This song came out in 1992. That's Little Jimmy Dickens at the end. Also on stage was Carl Perkins and Reba McEntire, Pam Tillis, Michael McDonald, Dr. John, Lee Roy Parnell, and some I'm sure I'm forgetting.

Carl Perkins, I thought that was him. Jimmy Dickens, that's his name. We've watched him in a live stream before.

@@PatrolNation Vince used to put him in a lot of his videos. R.I.P. to the Tater.

Wow, I forgot how star-studded this video was! Yes, that's Reba. She & Vince sang a duet "The Heart Won't Lie", the official video is awesome! Great reaction, thank you!❤

Is that Reba? lol Yep! Also Patty Loveless and Pam Tillis along with many other famous faces like Michael McDonald, Leroy Parnell, Little Jimmy Dickens, Carl Perkins and more!

The man of small stature at the end is a country singer known as Little Jimmy Dickens. Vince would have been around 35 in this video. He was born in 1957 and the video was released in 1992. :)

My favorite songs from the incomparable Vince Gill are I Still Believe In You, Tryin’ To Get Over You, Whenever You Come Around, Say Hello, Look At Us, Don’t Let Our Love Start Slipping Away, One More Last Chance, and The Heart Won’t Lie (duet with Reba McEntire).

Hes not as young as you think. In this video 1992, he was about 35 or 36. He actually was in the band Pure Prarie league in the late 70s, early 80s.

Vince Gill is INCREDIBLE!!!Iwas fortunate enough to see him in concert a few years back in a smaller venue. He sat on a stool and played and sang and told stories. It was unbelievable!! And he is truly a musician!!! Had some very unique stringed instruments - not sure if they were actually guitars or had other names, but he played a different one almost every song! He was great!! Loved this, Lyle! Yes, it took us back a few years! Lol

At a concert I saw 27 years ago, Vince joked that the teenage boys calling his daughter for dates had lower voices than he did! He has taken a bit of ribbing over the years about his high tenor voice. He is wonderful to see in concert he and the band put on a great show..

That was Little Jimmy Dickens. You've probably seen him in a Brad Paisley video.

Vince has always been my favorite tenor voice that is until Austin Brown came along. Now it's a toss up as to who I prefer . Wish they would do a duet together. Dream come true. But Vince has a really sweet sound. You should try some of his Christmas CDs but maybe when we get closer to December. He's fantastic. 🥰

If you want to see really a young Vince Gill, like 20, with long hair, look up Let Me Love You Tonight by Pure Prairie League.
