Lol he doesn't have any affiliation with this steakhouse anymore therefore makes no money anymore. He already pretty much sold his name for the steakhouse for 1 large fee so they can forever be called Vince Young Steakhouse, but he was going thru financial hardships and declaring bankruptcy so he needed that one quick big payment
I went to check if it’s still open and I’ll be damned. It still is and it looks to be thriving. I’m happy for that man. All the shit he’s been through I’m glad he’s finding some success or something else. He gotta got away from that alcohol though and focus on healing and his family. These videos all you can she is pain in his eyes and a meek smile.
Yes it is still open today. But Vince Young himself has no affiliation with the steakhouse anymore therefore doesnt make any money off it or anything. When he was going thru financial problems and declaring bankruptcy, he basically sold his name to the steakhouse for one large fee so the place can forever be called Vince Young Steakhouse, and no matter what, the dude will always be loved in Austin, but unfortunately Vince wont make anymore money off it
He shouldn't have named it after himself. The haters, opposing team fans and players won't eat there. That's a substantial customer base that's alienated because of the name.
I still think he could have become something special but idk seems sad in a way the way they ran him out of the League but I'm glad it appears that he is okay.
@@daviddaniel7750 lol true he was part owner once but unfortunately he was going thru financial problems and declaring bankruptcy so he basically sold his name to the steakhouse for one lump fee. So they can forever be called Vince Young Steakhouse, and no matter what the dude will always be loved in Austin, but Young wont be making anymore money off it
