I always wonder what a corrupted world would smell like to an in-game character in these corruptions. By the visuals i imagine their world smelling like constant burnt grass mixed with burnt plastic and hair, with toxic gas in the air, and rotting flesh.

I started a new save file in my ACWW. When I got to my house after a few minutes, I was expecting Tom Nook to come... Nothing. I just tried to talk to some villagers till I saw one lying dead on the floor with something carved on their head... 1A. I was very confused at that time so I just went to Tom Nook's and when I went there it was closed. The sign said "went out to [_*|£}£~*" It's just text after that. I went to another villager then it has collapsed on the floor just like that last one. With the word 1A on their forehead. I got so creeped out by that. I tried to run but then I stumbled. I got sent to a bloody room with a person named 1A. He was sharpening his hand, which is a knife. He looked like tom nook a lot but with distorted textures. He slowly creeped to me, raising his hand and finally chopping. My character was left lying on the floor with a name carved on my forehead. "1A"

The Acid Waterfall exhibit at the Museum of Clown Vomit is my favorite.
