@@rohandasgupta8758 there's little difference in how the various cultures did war back then, being caught up in war is absolutely traumatizing, especially for a kid whom had his father murdered in front of him and then got dragged along by a mercenary band, wouldn't made a difference if it where Lombards, Franks, Anglo-Saxons, or what else have you back then, hell, even today we still have that barbaric culture that longs for war...

okay so I just kind of want to point out... this song sounds so much like "run to you" like... go look up the pentatonix version, it sounds very similar in tone! I've got no real point in mentioning this other than "oh hey, would you look at that!" so uh... yeah!

This arc is absolutely incredible, but you'll definitely want some tissue boxes for it 🥲

He just didnt have time for a farming arc. The problem with Eren is that the rumbling is a mix of Egotistical desire to flatten everything for his twisted vision of Freedom and actually the only real way to stop Eldia from being destroyed.

The difference is Thorfinn is a peaceful guy while Eren is just an extremely rebelious and angry character. It was not possible to him to sit in peace and enjoying the little moments of love in his life, and then when you add everything that happened to him, he could have never lived a normal life

​@@DiumUwiqahThorfinn was a monster who killed as many people as possible for a normal human without powers or a giant form. Later in the story you find out he even killed innocent people who didn't even pose a threat to him. He became a peaceful guy through growth but he was just the same as Eren when he was young. He didn't feel anything for anyone he killed and his reason was even more selfish than Eren.

@@saverio_6990I think it’s more so the 1st part cuz it’s never really proven that there wasn’t another way. He’s always been super stubborn and egotistical. Also through his own admission he’s stupid and that’s more so why he couldn’t find a better solution. Even Mikasa who despite everything that’s happened but still loves him was realizing that Eren never “turned” into what he was towards the end cuz he ALWAYS was like that they just couldn’t see it. After all there was always so much going on like humanities extinction (which they believed before going out to the real world) so you couldn’t blame her or anyone. Erens goal was never to find peace and because his enemies were never really seen as human (monsters instead) he got used to seeing titans that way even after discovering the truth. Along with seeing the ones behind all the titan attacks as monsters as well. He was already a twisted kid in a much more twisted environment so he could have never come to a conclusion like Thorfinn.

Exactly. It is so rich in meaning and purpose that I feel embarrassed how I live my life after finishing the anime. I hope my demons and sadness dont keep from doing anything good in life, but so far they did. The fog part is exactly how I feel
