Vinnie behaved like me when I was between bunch of strangers and had to talk. I also overdid because I'm anxious, nervous and embarassed. Wouldn't be surprise if Vinnie has also some anxiety disorder or borderline personality disorder or some other disturbing shit.
What a great, solid interview. I've worked with acts that could never make it through this level. Well, there are the professionals and then there are the others. Thank you for sharing this video.
I listened to that record for friggin` HOURS and HOURS.....me,my double cassette boom-box,15 years old and soaking it all in...............And if someone can come up with a picture of Roxy Petrucci during Vixen`s heyday,PLEASE dig it out and compare it to Vinnie`s look here..........Loved the record and "Baby-O" will always be my go-to-tune...........
Vinnie was so hot! But yes he’s got an undiagnosed mental issue (not judging cause I suffer them too) and he’s laughing nervously just like I do with interviews. Hope the 2023 album is great (and hopefully he doesn’t flake out on it!)
Vincenzo have a good sense of humor . He got that husky raw bluesy voice when he jokes , similar to how he sang . Its funny , his vocals were more thick /" masculine " than the vocalist he hired . Even in high range
I remember back in the day, I used to think the hair metal bands looked ridiculous. Now I think they look even more ridiculous than I remember. The best metal bands in the 1980s were Dio and Iron Maiden.
Even at the time this was considered embarrassing at the very least. And it's really odd that Vinnie looked like a post menopausal woman even way back then.
His voice and mannerism were much more masculine than today though and in fact VVI dropped this look like after 2 months of touring and looked pretty normal by the time they were doin the second album
Ya know, I noticed Dana's Seiko right away and thought "damn, that's a cool dichotomy." Then boom, the tell him to take his watch off... Almost as much of a dichotomy as VVI shooting their video in Compton
