Dana could have been more respectful to Pazienza in the run up to the fight…Paz came in super motivated for what he considered a lack of respect from Rosenblatt…although Dana was easily winning the fight, Paz was determined to knock out Rosenblatt one way or another….Ultimately Rosenblatts career fell short of expectations…trouble with stamina and injuries…
What?? Vinny is the one who picked him out to fight, and then talked insane trash for no reason,, Dana had zero issues with Vinny but Paz made it personal just b/c he's a prick. Plus just shows Paz' character for hitting both Dana and the ref after the fight was stopped. Classless clown, I loved watching RJJ bash him into oblivion.
Doesn't matter what happened here. Dana whipped this meat head handily in the rematch and closed the book on Pazienza. Out classed him and exposed Pazienza for being nothing more then a limited club fighter.
Vinny Paz, 50 pro wins. 5 World Title belts. He beat Haugen twice, Duran twice, Gilbert Dele, Dana Rosenblatt, Robbie Sims. I think his losses were either to world champs or future/former world champs.
@Iceman 23 ok i see you really don't want to see the obvious here i guess. He failed every time he fought a great in his prime. It's really that simple, he didn't have what it takes to get to the next level.
The only legitimate world titles that Vinny won were at lightweight and junior middleweight. He lost the lightweight belt in his first defense and never defended the junior middleweight title. He lost to every top level fighter that he ever faced including Jones, Camacho, and Mayweather. His wins against Duran came when Roberto was a dinosaur. Vinny was a fun fighter with a ton of heart. But his talent was very, very, limited.
That cheap shot that Pazienza threw should have cost him a point. After the fight was stopped, The Pazmanian Devil should have been disqualified for the extra punch after the fight was stopped.
Pazienzia was getting dominated. Watch the 2nd fight. He was a dirty fighter and caught Rosenblatt, call it a "flash knock out." He hit after the bell, held on to the rope...really, a classless jackass.
Lmao...the only one that thght he was in control was rosenblatt!! I just seen a dude staying as far as he can from a REAL threat that he knws he cant handle and rhrown a few jabs to score. Vinny got a lot of scar tissue. None of that meant nuttn.
Judging by his character he was an idiot. If he killed the guy he acts like he would be happy. He acts like he got beat up by his old man back in the past and thinks his father is in the ring.
Ha...that's a good description. Dude had no class whatsoever. And that was BS, Dana knocked him down and they ruled it a slip - it was no slip, and then Paz jumps up and cheap shots him. I love watching RJJ beat him half to death.
He sucker punches Rosenblatt TWICE while the ref has his arm then he attacks the ref at the end and doesn't get penalized?!???...most likely roids indeed...the most obnoxious and ignorant "athlete" I've ever had the displeasure of watching and listening to... thankfully Haugen, Jones Jr., and Mayweather put him in his place
"Yep" Hugen sent him to the emergency room , Jones Jr. gave him the beatin' of his life, and Mayweather put him on his ignorant, obnoxious ass...RRRRRIGHT in his place...."yyyyyEP"! 🤣 (but seriously)
@@harmlesspantysniffer1005 Dana Rosenblatt was Vinny's prison date. You think Dana could have worn makeup seeing Dana was gonna put out for Paz Man. Vin taught Rosenblatt who had the bigger pair that night and taught him some respect.
Pazienza was a legend : IN HIS OWN MIND. He had no class, was a glorified club fighter with a loud mouth who talked a lot of crap. Especially leading up to this fight. HE chose Rosenblatt and then proceeded to mock the kid, talk a lot of unecessary garbage and then show his lack of class going after an unconscious man and the referee. But The tables were turned in the rematch and Rosenblatt slapped Pazienza silly, totally outclassing him. Pazienza lost every single time he stepped up in class. Roger Mayweather, Roy Jones, Rosenblatt, Camacho.....all took this overrated meathead to school, especially Roy Jones. Jones beat him like he stole something. And an old faded 40 plus Duran even goes the distance and drops Pazienza when they squared off. Yet you some people actually putting Pazienza in the same sentence with Ali, Duran, Leonard, Hagler etc.....incredibly delusional comments. Fanboyism at its peak.
Paz was always a hyper guy and there are some fighters he didn't like but respected. Rosenblatt is the only fighter Vinny truly despised and hated. Rosenblatt's people were nasty to Pazienza.
@@troyhbk Even Muhammed Ali hated one heavyweight with a passion. He despised him. Eventually they fought and Ali punished him. The reason? He kept calling him Cassius Clay after he changed his name. Ali would scream at him saying What's my Name?! While punching him the face. There's always one. Holmes hated Trevor Berbick. Chavez hated Haugen. De La Hoya hated Mayorga! Aaron Pryor " HATED!!! " Sugar Ray Leonard. Paz didn't like Haugen but Rosenblatt was another level.
Did Pazianza ever win a clean boxing match?? I didn't know anything about him, a week ago I started whatching like 4 fights of him, and he looses all the time, but I noticed he was a dirty boxer, a clown, no skills, no power and disrespectful, like in this fight he shoulded get desqualified for hiting the ref and not stoping punching.
Jorge his very first "title" was an absolute JOKE/ROBBERY! Greg Haugen literally sent pazieanzza TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM after the 15 round nose breaking, swollen eye shutting, bloody, broken face BEATIN' he gave him! ...then they gave the "close decision" to viny!...2 guys go 15 rounds, 1 doesn't have a mark on him and is at the post fight press conference answering questions while the other is being tended to at the emergency room and they give the "close decision" to the emergency room visitor! 🤣 Complete joke but that's the corrupt state of rhode island for you! Smh
All the thanks Orlando got for helping out his boy all fight , a clap to the back of the head that floored him. Without question Paz should have been banned for that. Rosenblatt showed class in defeat. You can't buy class.
Pazienza was a joke ! Couldn't pop a paper bag! How this clown ever got where he did? Wasn't because of his boxing skills! Which were ugly and that crappy attitude this dude had if he only knew half the people didn't like him first of all
