Nice video! Thank you for sharing your vintage Bulova. If you enjoy the watch, I would recommend spending the money to service it. The watch fits your wrist well. What size wrist do you have?
i got a nobellux great vintage watch worked fine for 2 weeks and the minute and hour hand stopped moving but the seconds hand is working fine so now im stuck with a non working watch unable to service it at all and i got it for 55 usd
I bought this popular video watch from nkuwan , which was originally priced at a few thousand dollars, but now it's only $380! It's really suitable to pick up feces!
Never heard of Bulova, and 50 quid to service watch-really? Be surprised if you could get it serviced adequately at that price. One site online, for example, quotes 140 quid minimum. But, I would use an established watchmaker at that price, but if you just want to pass it on after a while fair enough. Other alternative is to invest in decent generic screwdriver set from specialist supplier be lot cheaper than Swiss makes, but perfectly adequate for watch repairing and learn to do it yourself.
No I had never heard of them before. Probably because they are a American brand I I'm from UK. I bought screwdrivers but unfortunately rubbish. They won't unscrew any of the small screws because the finish is bad. So need to invest in a high quality set if I want to try and service the watches myself.
What’s the best way to know years for Bulova? A friend gifted me a gold case “Selfwinding” starting with E291** on the serial. I’ll polish up some skills repairing and building some watches and then attempt to restore it.
