Vintage 1983 Hoover U4186 Heavy Duty Senior Commercial Upright 

First of all, apologies for the squeaky handle bale! The old girl hasn't been used in a long long time and spends her life in my hallway along with her other Hoover Commercial sisters.
Quite a rare cleaner this; it's essentially exactly the same as a standard Hoover U4186 but equipped with a reusable cloth shake-out bag rather than the standard top-fill style found in the 1980 Senior-Ranger.
I struggle to find any differences between this and a standard machine.
The last time I owned one of these was 1988. I found it in a skip! Nice to have another in the collection.
She really didn't like the rice... I think I put too much down :-/
