I thought it was the vintage, which means it's so much more durable! Yeah clearly that rule doesn't always apply lol. If anything product standards back then were the same as they are now. Just because it's older doesn't mean it's "better".
Agree with ya on the older was not always better, but the product standards back then were the same part is retarded to say the least. Things back then weren't built with planned obsolescence in mind, like today. If you've ever serviced or worked with old electronics you'd know. Today's stuff is literal fucking garbage. There's nothing you can rely on. Almost everything feels cheap. They've improved in terms of technology and efficiency but damn, everything fucking sucks dick.
@@smashthings1 as i said, crappy shit existed back then. It certainly did, but usually, things from renowned brands were good. Nowadays, the brand doesn't matter that much because every appliance is more or less a rebadged version of another. I remember we had an old washing machine that lasted 25 years. Nowadays it's impossible for something to last that much. Heck, in 25 years you'd go through 5 nowadays. And they do their best to make them unserviceable so you're encouraged to throw them the fuck out generating more trash.
Question: Have you ever had an "Electrical Boot'" or "Shock" from Smashing things with metallic objects such as 'Golf clubs and Baseball bats etc' ? just asking for a friend... ? Love your Vids man :)
