For today's tour, we're working on glamorizing the once sleepy Magnolia Promenade into an eventual entertainment district. I love how incredibly detailed this is, especially the backstage area and all the crew/employee back rooms! And the main theater is so gorgeous, you used such great colors and details here. Great build!!

That's so kind, thank you so much Starstruck! So happy you enjoyed the build. The employee areas were definitely some of my favorites, and I'm glad you liked the color scheme as well! I went back and forth on it for about a day on the exterior alone. 😅

Thank you so much Elizabeth! 🙂This was definitely a challenging build. Originally, I did not have the catwalk and had to reconstruct the upper floors of this theater to include it.

Thank you so much Marcy! It was definitely tricky figuring out the layout to this. I actually had to redo all the floors to add in the catwalk/control room area. Glad you enjoyed the video! 🙂

I absolutely love how this turned out! I think you captured the style so well. Magnolia Promenade is a great area for this lot... Tackling this style and concept with limited packs sounds challenging but your execution was great. Very nice!

Thanks so much Kevin! I struggled hard finding the right spot for this build, but then I remembered Magnolia Promenade and it fit like a glove. So glad you enjoyed how the build came out, limited packs and all! 🙂

I love it, can't even imagine how much time it take to build this there just so much detail, congratulation . It's just a shame that we can't make sims to act on it

Thank you so much Pedrovisk, I'm so glad you enjoyed the build! I was able to get some Sims to perform on the stage with a small audience. Perhaps the Get Famous pack could add some further interactions. Either way, I really appreciate your kind comment! 🙂

Thank you so much Kar, I really appreciate it! Yes, I actually hadn't done a three-pack build in a while, so I thought this build would be perfect for it. Speaking of gyms, I actually had plans for a retro fitness center that was included in this month's poll. Certainly excited to try it out, I appreciate your ideas! 😊
